The 21st Annual General Meeting of Irish Squash Federation CLG, t/a Squash Ireland, will take place on Sunday, 14th June 2026 at 12.30pm in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Athlone.
Members planning to attend the 2026 Squash Ireland AGM are asked to register their attendance in advance. This will help us confirm numbers for the meeting and ensure appropriate arrangements are in place on the day.

Motion proposal forms and director nomination forms must be submitted by 29th May 2026.
Submitting a Motion Members, affiliated clubs and provincial associations wishing to propose a motion for discussion at the AGM must complete the Motion Proposal Form. One motion should be submitted per form. All motions must be received by 29th May 2026 and emailed to [email protected].
Director Nominations
There are up to two Elected Director positions available for election at the 2026 AGM. Nominations must be submitted using the prescribed Director Nomination Form and must be signed by two members of Squash Ireland. The nominee must also sign the nomination form, complete the application form and provide a short biographical note
Director Application Information
Director applications will be assessed by the Nominations Committee of Squash Ireland prior to the 2026 AGM. The Board has identified a preference for candidates with commercial and/or marketing skills. Applicants must complete the Director Application Form and provide the required personal details, reporting statement, conflict of interest declaration, sports organisation affiliations and a short biographical note.
