Squash Ireland is the National Governing Body for squash on the island of Ireland. Role
Squash Ireland is recruiting for a High Performance Lead & Coach who will work closely with the CEO to deliver the Squash Ireland High Performance Strategy 2025–2028 and the performance objectives within the Connecting the Dots 2024–2028 Strategic Plan.
Central to this role is supporting athletes through the LA 2028 Olympic qualification cycle and the 2027 European Games, as well as preparing athletes for World and European Championship events while building a sustainable pipeline of talent for future major championships.
This role will establish and lead a high-performance environment underpinned by professional planning, high-performance coaching, and integrated support services to deliver consistent success at European, World, and Olympic level.
