Squash Ireland is recruiting four part-time Squash Activation Officers, one in each province, to help grow participation in squash across the island of Ireland.
These flexible roles (approximately 10 hours per week) will focus on delivering squash taster sessions, coaching programmes, and participation initiatives in clubs, schools, third-level institutions, and community settings. The successful candidates will work closely with Provincial Associations and local partners to introduce new players to the sport and help develop sustainable participation pathways.
We are looking for people with squash knowledge and coaching experience, who are confident delivering sessions to children, beginners, and a wide range of participants. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for growing the sport, and the ability to travel within your region.
