Squash Ireland is excited to introduce a new HIIT Squash Programme designed specifically for women. This beginner-friendly programme combines the basics of squash with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), creating an enjoyable and active environment for participants of all fitness levels. Whether you’ve never played squash before or are looking to improve your fitness, this programme offers a supportive and fun way to get involved in the sport.
Developed by women for women, the HIIT Squash Programme is structured over six weeks, with one-hour sessions each week focusing on the fundamental skills of squash. By the end of the programme, participants will have a solid understanding of the game, while also gaining fitness and confidence. This initiative aims to grow women’s participation in squash and create welcoming spaces for women in clubs across Ireland.

A key objective of the Sport Ireland Dormant Accounts Fund is to support programmes that become self-sustainable over time. We encourage clubs to consider options to fund the programme independently once the grant period ends. You can download our Toolkit for Programme Sustainability here below for some ideas. We are happy to support clubs in developing sustainability strategies and provide guidance on effective community engagement.
Whether you’re a beginner, a seasoned player, or a coach looking to develop your skills, we offer a range of dynamic programmes designed to support all levels.
