Several Irish players are still very much in the hunt for titles at the Danish Junior Open, with the day three action underway on Saturday morning in Copenhagen.
A winner at the recent Spanish Junior Open, Harry Knox and Ailong Chen are through to the BU13 semi-finals on Saturday afternoon.
Seeded 5/8, Knox took out Samuel Polanyi, the 3/4 seed from Hungary, 3-0 to book his last-four ticket against Andrey Hutsailiuk, the No.2 from Ukraine.
Chen, another 5/8 Irish seed, faces the No.1, Alex Kosztyu from Hungary, in his semi-final after defeating the 3/4 seed, Matvei Gluhoi of Romania, 3-1.
Both semi-finals are scheduled for 2:20pm Danish time (1:20 Irish).
Danny Jones, seeded 17/32, was beaten 0-3 in his BU15 quarter-final on Saturday by Clement Lebrun, the No.1 seed from Belgium.
There will be an all-Irish semi-final in the GU13 on Saturday, with Raghad Aboelela [5/8] taking on Aurora McDonnell, the No.2 seed, who was a recent Finnish Junior Open title winner.
Aboelela qualified for the 1:45pm Danish time semi-final (12:45pm Irish) with a 3-0 win over a fellow Irish player, Esme Ring [3/4], while McDonnell saw off Barbora Konecna of the Czech Republic 3-1.
Faye Ring [9/16] was a fourth Irish quarter-finalist in the GU13, losing out 0-3 to Matylda Sokol [9/16] of Poland.
